ABOUT THE PRODUCTS - BATH
Are your products vegan? Cruelty free? - Yes & Yes! All ingredients used are ethically sourced, vegan, & compliant with FDA regulations. All colorants used are batch certified. All fragrances are skin safe & free of parabens, phthalates, & formaldehyde.
Are your bath products safe for sensitive skin? - Absolutely! All products are tested on me and my children, who have the most sensitive skin.
Will your bath bombs stain my tub? - Not at all! All batches are tested prior to sale. We use water soluble dye that will not discolor you or your tub. NOTE: Bath products are tested in a clean ceramic tub. If any colorant is left behind, this is because it has clung to existing oils or soap scum. For best results, use in a freshly cleaned tub & always rinse your tub/yourself after use.
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible to damages done to bath tubs outside of the home (ie, hotels, airbnbs, etc,) Many hotels use a wax coating on their tubs that DOES stain regardless of any safe guards, & you WILL be charged a clean up fee if this happens. This fee is the users responsibility! IN HOME USE ONLY!

What type of wax do you use? - We use a soy wax.
What is your typical turn around time? - Our current turn around time is 1-3 business days.
Do you combine orders when multiples are made? - Yes, we do combine orders! If there are any issues with shipping overages we will refund after the shipping label has been printed.
What are your policies on returns/exchanges/cancellations?
We offer returns on a case by case basis when it comes to candles. If anything is broken, or damaged, we are happy to help or replace as long as we have proof of damage.
Due to the nature of most of our products, we do NOT allow returns on soaps and bath bombs.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
My order is lost/stolen, or something has come damaged. What should I do? - Please reach out to us. We will get you set up with new product replacements ASAP.
Do you do bulk or wholesale pricing? - We do. Please contact us for discounts.
Do you do custom orders? - We absolutely do. Please contact us.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not ship out of the United States, but hope to add that to our business soon.
